TeeGo Terms and Conditions

1.     Acceptance of Terms

1.1.  These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Okava Limited, trading as TeeGo ("Company," "we," or "us"), and anyone using our golf simulator services and facilities, including members ("Members") and non-members ("Guests"). Guests include those attending lessons, club fitters or professional fitters, after-school clubs, pay-as-you-go sessions, and trials.

1.2.  By using our services or entering our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.     Membership

2.1  Eligibility: Membership is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Individuals aged 13 to 17 may use our facilities and services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2.2  Membership Agreement: Members are also subject to the TeeGo Online Membership Agreement, which is accepted during the online registration process. This agreement contains important details about fees, payments, cancellations, and Member responsibilities.

2.3  Parental Consent: For individuals under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent, either online during the registration process or in writing at the facility, before the individual can use our services or access the facilities. The parent or legal guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on behalf of the minor.

3.     Guests

3.1  Guests are welcome at TeeGo for lessons, custom fittings, after-school clubs, pay-as-you-go sessions, and trials.

3.2  Guests must adhere to these Terms, all facility rules, and any specific instructions provided by TeeGo staff.

3.3  Members are responsible for the conduct and actions of any guests they bring to the facilities.

4.     Fees and Payments

4.1  Membership Fees: Membership fees and charges are payable as specified in the Membership Agreement.

4.2  Guest Fees: Fees for lessons, custom fittings, after-school clubs, and pay-as-you-go sessions are payable as advertised or as agreed upon with TeeGo.

4.3  Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as indicated at the time of booking or registration.

4.4  Overage Usage: We aim to create a courteous environment for all golfers, and expect golfers to adhere to their reserved times as a means of respecting everyone else’s time. As a result, we have the right to charge for overage usage.

a)     Members: If a Member uses a simulator bay beyond their booked time, they will be charged an overage fee as described in the Membership Agreement.

b)    Pay-as-you-go and Trial Users: If a pay-as-you-go or trial user exceeds their booked time, they will be charged an overage fee calculated based on a per-minute rate, starting immediately after their booked time expires. The current per-minute overage rate is £2.00 and is subject to change upon notice.

4.5  Authorization for Overage Charges: By booking a session, you authorize us to automatically charge your designated payment method for any overage usage.

5.     Termination and Suspension

5.1  Membership Termination: Members may terminate their membership in accordance with the terms of the Membership Agreement.

5.2  Termination by TeeGo: We may terminate a Membership or refuse service to a Guest for any breach of these Terms, the Membership Agreement, or any conduct that negatively affects the safety or enjoyment of others.

6.     Conduct and Responsibilities

6.1  Respectful Behaviour: Everyone using our facilities must behave respectfully towards our staff and other individuals.

6.2  Compliance with Rules: Everyone must comply with all facility rules, including safety and operational guidelines.

6.3  Prohibited Activities: Engaging in disruptive, dangerous, or illegal behaviour is prohibited and may result in being asked to leave the premises and/or potential membership termination.

6.4  Health and Safety: You are responsible for your own health and safety while using our facilities. We are not liable for injuries or accidents on our premises, except in cases of our direct negligence.

6.5  Cleanliness: Keep your bay and the surrounding area clean and tidy. Dispose of litter properly and clean up any spills.

7.     Privacy and Data Protection

7.1  We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.

7.2  By using our services, you consent to us processing your personal data for the purposes of providing and managing our services, communicating with you, and for other legitimate business purposes.

7.3  You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data held by us.

8.     Amendments to Terms

8.1  We may amend these Terms at any time, with notice provided via email or website posting.

8.2  Your continued use of our services after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9.     Monitoring

9.1  For security purposes and to ensure the safety and well-being of our members, guests, and staff, we operate CCTV with video and audio recording throughout our facilities. By entering our facilities, you consent to such monitoring.

10.  General

10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our services.

10.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
